Welcome to the good 'ole city of Roswell! Located in Georgia, this city is a nifty little southern gem!

Recently, there's been construction of a fancy lil' place in Roswell, they're callin' it a 'year-round fair'. Looks mighty interestin', the party's just begun! Here's the lone screen o' what's been done tu-day!

I think my archy is WAY better now, I'm not using those 'paper-thin' walls as much and I'm loving it!

Anybody here? Oh well, I'll post updates anyways, I've just been really busy the last few days.

The minds over at Luke Rides pulled together a pretty great woodie coaster, made from scratch, this baby is the perfect Cyclone type ride.

The Roswell Cyclone, they're callin' it. It looks a little bit like the 'Georgia Cyclone' at Six Flags Over Georgia, but Luke Rides gave it a little taste of it's own, as you can see by the layout.

The ride features some pretty intense stats, as most 'cyclone' woodies do:
E:7.69
I:9.36
N:5.64

It also features an awsome 10 full seconds of air time, so come ready to ride this baby, we can already tell it'll be a real classic.

One thing that we're famous for down here in Georgia, especially my area, are magnolia trees. They're the pink ones with grey trunks, real beautiful trees, they often line the roads and are now starting to bloom. While they look amazing, they tend to smell a little bad, but everyone loves the pink to white blossoms. Expect to see these trees placed around the park just about everywhere.

CALIBER: Where are you? I got started, but I haven't seen you around lately.. did'ja die or something?

Enjoy, and PLEASE comment on the park, it really helps me build...

PS: W00t, 500 posts, a pretty good post, too!

I don't think it's a matter of people not caring Luke....it's just that there's not really a lot there to comment on yet. And what's there is a little bit 'bland'. One thing I would suggest is to give the supports on "Roswell Cyclone" a good working over.

I tend to agree. Most supports on real coasters do not extend above the track like that. You might want to try giving the MT TMK Wooden supports a try. and 0rang3sharpi3's Steel Lattice Pack Their a lot more flexable, and use a few shorter pieces, rather than the inflexable one-size-fits-all support. But it has it's value when building taller supports. One other thing, practice with the supports and get you're own "standard" for using them. There are dozens of options. If you just take one evening to practice and get your own style down. You'll end up with some pretty cool lookin' woodies.

I'm now in and doing a duo on this park with Luketh. I hope to have some screens up in a while but I only was able to open the park earlier today.
