Unnamed Empire 150 x 150 park

My first attempt in building a serious park with some custom scenery, otherwise its just the RCT2 themes in use. Its a Free entrace / Pay for Rides park, flat workbench.

Layout ( ideas )

To the right of the entrance there'll be a wooden rollercoaster climbing up a "custom" build mountain and a mining theme
On the left I'll place an observation tower in the "Grand Resturant" building.
There'll be smalll river splitting the park in half with some nice bridges ( I hope ) aswell as trams =)
A pirate themed area with a rollercoaster in the "top" right seen from the entrance

The buildings are decent for only using the in-game scenery...and without custom scenery I'm not sure how you could improve them...maybe try to make it more layered

Ane the path's are very boring....try changing the ground type under the path's to give it a "border"

I'll try the ground thingy, and I do not want to mess around with the objects in this scenario 2much, otherwise I'd put other windows on etc.

Layered?

But my biggest concern is how the hell I am suppoused to "Enter" a new area, withouth placing them right next to eachother, like... some forest, hills randomly placed buildings?

if I had a prepared scenario with things you think I could need, then I'd be more than happy, aslong as I can build mining and pirate theme ^^

This park will be a side project for a while, and I'll update it in a few days.

Hmm...how to switch from theme to theme? have you thought about using bridges? (One half of the bridge= one them, other half = a different theme)
......looks like you haven't gotten very far on the park either........if you get some custom scenery and a bench, you could make it look a lot better.....if you need I'd be happy to make you a bench.

I've got the basic idea of how I want the park to look like, and thats basically it. I'm not good at making anything in RCT2 that has to do with scenery, nor am I "good" at making coasters ^^

So sure, make a bench and show me how to use things then I'm gonna give it my best shot.

Try to add some trees and a fence around the path or just change the ground type under the path so that the entrance does not look plain, very good try though. ;)

For the buildings to be layered, you should have "L" or "T" shaped buildings other than SQUARE shaped buildings, also the first floor walls could possibly be smaller in size to the ground floor walls and try to add to your buildings with window shutters for example and maybe plants going up the wall of a building like Adam Colvin has done here.

Exellent first try for a park with custom scenery though and a couple of improvements and you will be well on your way to be a top park maker. :D
