So, ive beat every thing in rct2 and all the expansions, but no "megapark" opened up? Is this park real? If so, why didnt it open up for me? Any help would be much appreciated!

A quick look in our downloads section would have turned this up...So, ive beat every thing in rct2 and all the expansions, but no "megapark" opened up? Is this park real? If so, why didnt it open up for me? Any help would be much appreciated!

I did see that. I didnt think you had to download it, i thought it would "open up" or the such, after everything was completed?

To answer your question, no, there is no unlockable mega park in RCT2. WYSIWYG for stock, default parks. You can create a "sandbox" or download one, but there is no included sandbox that unlocks like in RCT1. Alternatively, if you've finished everything, check out UCES and play those scenarios.
