Being unable to find the property fence as an object (as you only see it ingame as the fence on the edge of your park property and isn't place-able on it's own) I decided to make my own. I took the normal mesh fence and edited it with MS-Paint so that it is identical to the fence I was recreating. Fortunatly this game doesn't use anti-aliasing and such so I did not find it difficult at all to edit this with nothing more then MS-Paint. :D

I made a gate version too and have also converted the land for sign post object you see when a piece of land is for sale just as a bonus. :D

Take note on how hard it is to tell my fence from the fence the game places at the property line.
This is the first ever object I have ever made for this game. I've owned the game since launch and just now I made something for it. :D

I put the DAT files in sub folders in the ZIP file. Simply extract the DAT files to your game's Objdata folder. Right now they will show up in the question mark tab ingame. Unless someone here can tell me how to add them to their respective theme tabs. :P

Readme file is included along with the BMP files I used for the object editor. So not only game players can use them, but object editors can change them up to whatever they want. :D

I made 4 views of each fence even though fences only need two. Being that I made all 4 views then later found out that only 2 where needed. I included them anyways since object makers might want the extra views for something like a scenery object that might have these fences built in or the like.

Congratulations!
I don't know how to add them to the fences group already in rct2, or any other group that came with the game.
There is a utility, however, that lets you make your own groups, and coose what objects are in them. But don't make it for just one object, you should have at least 5.

You can`t add them to the game tabs, but some objects do show up in them & in the tab that its in, like ? & fences tabs.

Yeah. Mostly I wanted the new fence to show up in the fences tab. But it shows in the question mark tab right now.

The Property Fence as you call it was included in the UCES dats as Border Fence (Ucesfen1). Your fence looks really good. Nice job. The gate Version, great idea.

Funny. An object of something that most people want to be rid of.
