Ok, I'll save the structures and place them into the park. Do these VIP objectives only need scenery or rides because I can't really tell as it doesn't say and could I mix both themes into one to save space or will that not work? Since I've saved during my failed theming creations my money isn't that great so hopefully this will work!Go back to that one scenario with the giant palace in the center (Go with the Flow). Save it as a structure and build that somewhere in the park and make the path go right through the center. That should secure the Adventure theme, and go back to Broom Lake, save a few buildings there, then put those in the park. Then you're done and can move on to Paradise Island.

You have to make them seperate themed areas, and using the cheat is effective in buying all the land. Sure it's not exactly honest, but it works.
And, um... i did it with all the scenarios. started with 500,000 at minimum

Now you know why I don't do scenarios. I find them ALL annoying. I don't understand why people find them attractive and want to play the scenarios. It's far easier to just hit yourself on the head with a hammer. Not much difference IMHO.Ok I finally passed this really annoying scenario!

To be fair Sambo I've found the majority of the RCT3 scenarios pretty easy and there's not alot of difficult ones. Maybe the speeding up function in RCT3 makes the game too easy but RCT1 (and even RCT2 in some places) had a difficulty right in the middle. La-La Land is the only scenario that's given me trouble because of the glitches and I have to admit RCT3 is still full of them. The RCT1 scenarios sucked me in because they were enjoyable and fairly challenging, and you had a reason to complete them to unlock new scenarios. RCT2 debunked this completely and RCT3 has a reason to complete them, to unlock new track designs but most of the unlocked scenarios are pretty disappointing. They get a bit better in Soaked and Wild but still nowhere near as engaging as the original scenarios. It's true, the main reason I got RCT3 was for the Sandbox Mode but to be honset its not as bad as I thought when I gave the game another chance with all the expansions installed. Now you know why I don't do scenarios. I do agree with your scenario assessment. I really was referring to all the RCT scenarios, not just RCT3 (which is easier). My personal preferences in what I seek in the RCT franchise wasn't scenario play, and because of that I have always tried them out but found them restrictive and frustrating. Not how I want to spend my computer time.
Also - finally upgrading my old computer helped immensly with issues I was having with RCT3. Lag particularly. I am enjoying what little time I do get with it thanks to better technology. I still run into walls with the program, but the custom scenery has given me a new found freedom in building that was not possible with the original and expansion packs. It's like the difference between a number 2 pencil and a box of 64 crayons.

My primary reason to play RCT was for the scenarios, although in RCT2 it was more just open-ended sandbox play. As for the RCT3 custom objects, I would try them but I fear it would slow my machine down more than I already can handle. I have trouble playing this game enough as it is with just rides and guests so its probably not a great idea to have loads of scenery unless I want my machine to crash! Anyway this topic is going off-topic so this will be my last one for this topic and as much as I wanted to try custom scenery, I'd better just stick to plain open parks and look at other people's parks on here just to be safe.If you use the custom scenery out there, it becomes even more fun in the sandbox.

EDIT - I'm glad people are still producing parks for RCT3 too but this game is really demanding to play so I hope you understand the position of having a computer to run all those beautiful parks at their glory. It's going to take a few more years before we can ride those rides and see the parks at their best when our machines can handle it all.
