The process is simple: You submit a brand new roller coaster made by you in RCT3 using our entry form. After one week, entries will close and the first three entries received will go into a poll, where only the name of the coaster, the screenshot, and the description are displayed. RCTgo members then vote on their favorite coaster, not their favorite member - as they are oblivious to who made each roller coaster. After another week, the polls close and the winner is announced!
Every winner of the featured coaster competition gets their coaster in the Featured Coasters Hall of Fame, and gets recognition throughout the site for the two weeks before the next winner is announced. Their name is also in gold (for the current winner) or silver (for past winners) on the forums.
