I would like to see if this is a contest I should enter or not.
You can read all about the rules of the Cell Contest here
It's not yet certain if this year a cell contest will be held, but if, then it probably won't be before the second half of this year.

I hope there will be. I am a n00b @ parkmaking but I have an idea for a park that is naturally fitted for a cell park.

^ Lamaclown, I also hope we will do one, for I personally really love that contest.
But, you see, it's a rather complicated concept, and it needs some room for sure (so fairly large map), meaning that not many people are able to finish that one nowadays and still live up to all the rules (!), so I'll have to think about it if it's worth while and wanted enough....
