Can someone make a speaker or something that can play music? or just a plain speaker that I can put next to a ride as it was playing music?

The different speakers in RCT3 can... You select the sound - including using your own.

Lol!, no alas, it cannot....! Just a tiny piece of scenery.... for giving the illusion that a blast of sound is coming from them, they should be larger I guess......But then larger ones are not very difficult to build from small building blocks?
(oh...and "normal RCT" is a bit confusing term... I meant "RCT2 original, without the expansions.....as the question was about RCT2)

^ Just because a lot of people (the majority I think) made custom scenery for RCT2 (without the expansion packs)..
They even made many objects that come with the expansion packs for plain use in RCT2 without the expansion packs...
