If they can enter the map allright, but cannot pass the entrance, then there might be a wrong or broken path-connection through the entrance, (did you use a trainer?), or something with the land-ownership around the entrance might be wrong
Take the park back into the Scenario Editor (after making a save from the park to pick up later), and have a look on where the white fences are .

If you cannot find the clue, then place a screen of it , so we can give more help. (preferably a screen from the SE and with scenery set to off)

And welcome to the forums, oldjonah :D

I haven't had the chance to try this scenario, as I don't own Wacky Worlds, but whenever you work on a park, always be sure that there is at least one piece of paving directly infront of the entrance, so that when guests walk in, they'll have at least a small grid of paving to stand on. If that's not there, they will not enter the park.

Have you built many rides? Having quite a few rides even before you open the park can help ensure that many guests will be attracted to the area.

Tried advertising the park? This can help a lot, as well as advertisements for particular rides.

I'm not sure if guests pay at the park entrance in this scenario, but if they do, make sure that the entrance price is fairly low to start off with. Over time, as you get more guests and rides and staff, you should be able to raise the entrance price quite a bit (in a few cases I've had, guests have been willing to pay $70 for park entrance fee).

By the way, welcome to the RCTSpace community! Hope you enjoy your time here.

Could this be a bug, perhaps?

Did you set an entry point? If so where?

In general RCT sets its own entrypoint(s) for the guests if you have not done it according to the somewhat weird rules.....

So I guess they must be trying to enter the map now at a place where yuo donīt expect it.

If you use 8-cars you can see with it where the entry-points are set now.
You can also change them to another place with 8-cars, if you donīt want to go back to the SE.

Its not nice to copy & paste some one else`s question to another site!!

I just started the scenerio & I have 14 guests in the park when it opens.
