Add large half loops to the corkscrew rollercoaster but keep everything else the same? (looks, trains)

Yes, it's called 8cars trainer. Look at the tutorials on this site on merging rides.

the track would be different, however. There is no large half loop component for the corkscrew coaster. You can use a similar coaster, however...

I don't know how to edit my post so sorry for the double post. When I merge the ride, 8cars per trainer crashes and the ride doesn't get merged. Why?

Because we place a limit on the maximum edit time. It would be great if the the last post in a topic had an unlimited edit time, but that's not built into the board software that we use.

We have a limit so that people don't go back and edit posts after others have replied. If we did, the 'thread' could get mixed up and confused, with people quoting or answering text that people then edit and remove.

Sorry for going offtopic, but couln't you make a limit to be able to edit your post only if it is the last, and an unlimited time?

Yeah ... that's a bug in 8cars 1.32. You need to download 1.31. Fortunately, I have it ! Unfortunately, I have no idea where it is.
EDIT: Found it in one of my oldest backups, and put it on fileave. so ... HERE IT IS!

Sorry. Didn't know that you could had 8cars 1.31 in the downloads section. Did NOT see that. Again, sorry.

You could... have a large loop that looked like corkscrew track by changing the image of the large loop for B&M but then you wouldn't be able to have a large loop for B&M xD
