ok, first, load a game, then, Click on a peep, then, name hin Guido Fawkes, Finally, go make a display, when you go into the select firework display or make one menu, you should see when you make one, a firework icon above the play button, click on it, and start makin fireworks!

Thank you for your exuberance, but this is not news. It is a well documented feature.

Here, and there have been many posts as well - some with tutorials - now residing in the RCT dump because they are so old. Might I suggest using the search feature? You will find several 'rename a peep' features that are interesting and quite useful.
