[Commander Cosmos]

As stated in Article 6.598.341 in the RCTSpace Competition Guide and Joke Book, the following are set up as General Rules for the competition. These are subject to change and will evolve as the game and player's equipment change. Members should note that uncharted asteroid fields may also require unplanned course changes, however, we shall endeavor to give as much advance notice as impending solar flares or black holes allow...


VP3D - RCT3 Vacation Park Rules

1. RCT3/Soaked!/Wild! unreleased parks ONLY are accepted.

2. All entries must be from registered members of the forums.

3. Entries limited to a 100X100 bench OR SMALLER. Exceptions must be approved by Commander Cosmos or Wabigbear

4. Custom scenery, music and billboard images must be included with submitted entry and be listed in their Read-Me files. Entrants MAY (but are NOT required to) submit a video of their park. Files MUST be no longer than 3 Minutes with a file size of less than 10 Mb. Please include FIVE (5) screenshots of your park, highlighting it's best features.

5. Park should be closed.

6. Options .txt 'cheats' are not allowed.

7. An unlimited number of Club Parks or joint parks (two or more people) may be entered each month. Only one (1) solo park per person can be entered each month.

8. Once a park has been submitted and judged for one month, it cannot be re-submitted for any other month.

9. The judges will always have a right to not announce a winner for the month if there is not a park worthy of VP3D of the Month.

10. Judge's decisions are final.

11. There is no guaranteed date each month that the VP3D will be announced. We will make all attempts to do so as quickly as possible.

12. Parks must be submitted in .zip format and emailed to commandercosmos@gmail.com . The subject of the email must say VP3D - (Park Name). The body of the email must include the creator(s) of the park , and please include forum names only. If it is a Soaked! or Wild! park, please state this in your email. Also, make sure you have included a Read-Me file list custom content used, as well as any images used on billboards.

13. VP3D accepts entries for an entire month. The deadline for entries will be the last day of each month 11:59PM (EST). The second month, and every month thereafter, entries will be accepted for the next month from the 1st of each month until the last day of the month. For example, for the August VP of the Month, entries will be accepted from July 1 - July 31, 11:59PM (EST).

14. Rules are subject to change.
