I can build tracks and rides in Soaked okay but why does it always show red when I try to place an entrance or an exit. I can't get it to turn blue and be placed at the platform. This is happening to all my rides, won't except an entrance or exit. Probably something dumb I'm doing wrong, any suggestions?

if they are then they have to be connected to the Pool Complex with the Pool pathways, stairs etc

Is all the ground in the surrounding area flat? Is it flat at the 1/3 height intervals for scenery?

It doesn't work on any ride on flat land or any level. Funny thing is Sam is it works fine if I start building a new Scenereo but won't place a entrance or an exit on any ride on any surface in my saved game I'm working on. neither Sand Box or Editor. Bug... or am I doing something wrong? Seems like I read something about this somewhere but can't find anything in the manual.

I think something like it happened to me but I couldn't build rides either or drop peeps either.

When you creating the scenario, make sure that you own the land. I've had that problem too. Before soaked, it was assumed that park land was owned, now it appears to want you to decide which bits to own.

Hi Boomer,

You probably already know this but just in case. In RCT3 the entrances and exits don't work like the first two which had to be placed right up by the track.
Try moving them back away from the ride some.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, turns out that it was parknovice that nailed my problem. I had to own all land on my expanded map and hadn't done that. Good to hear from you Gray Dragon, have you recovered from our last road trip yet? ;)

That must be my problem because before I was making the park in Scenario Editor and I could make rides without owning land, but then when I went into the game, it didn't work! :D
