Already known
So here we'll start with the things that are already known.
1 After a few weeks there came already a real big trainer for RCT 3 which had a lot of options. There are several options, as well for money, the staff and the peeps as for the rides and shops. It’s a very good trainer and a great begin of RCT 3 trainers. When you want to download the RCT 3 Trainer made by a member of RCT Pyro, you can click >>here<< and login on their website.
2 Having again too less money to build your park? Well we've already a Money Trainer. Game Winners made a trainer which can be downloaded >>here<<. Just placee the trainer.exe file into your RCT 3 folder and click F1 while playing the game. It's a pity that this trainer doesn't work after you've updated your game with the official patch.
3 When you can’t get through to the levels of RCT 3 you can never unlock the last levels which is a pity, while that are very nice levels. Game Winners has made a trainer to unlock all levels so you can play the complete game without being a good park builder. You can download the level unlocker >>here<<.
4 You can rename guests which unlocks very nice things. Here are the names and the effects the names have on the game:
A Hitchcock > Unknown action, probably something with birds
Ander Gillett (for beta update) > Increases park value
Andrew Thomas (for beta update) > Decreases track friction
Atari > Laughing guests
ATITech > Everybody moves super fast
Atomic > Big explosion
Chris Sawyer > Jumping guests
D Lean > Flying cam
David Braden (for beta update) > No liftspeed restrictions
Frontier > Rides don't break down anymore
Guido Fawkes > Acces to advanced fireworks editor
James Hunt > You're driving a buggy
John D Rockefeller > Get $10.000,-
John Wardley > No height restrictions on coasters
Jon Roach > All rides irresistible
Jonny Watts > Peep cam
Make Me Sick > Guests get sick and vomit
Mouse > Guests look to the ground
PhotoStory > Unknown action, something with PhotoStory?
Sam Denney > All coasters irresistible
Shifty > Dancing guests
5 You can edit the Options.txt with the old Options.txt file of the demo. This makes several things possible to crack and is very nice when you can't get something worked out. Here is a list of actions you can add to the file, simply copy and paste them into the Options.txt file and you’ll get what’s in back of the lines:
SkipBannerSequence 1 > Skips the intro.
GrowGrass 0 > Grass doesn’t grow anymore.
CorrectDayNightCycle 0 > You won’t get the night mode anymore.
CameraIgnoresScenery 1 > Now you can go through scenery with your camera.
GuestsHaveFixedHealth 1 > Guests can’t get sick anymore.
GuestsIgnoreRideIntensity 1 > Guests ignore ride intensity.
GuestsIgnoreRideNausea 1 > Guests ignore ride nausea.
GuestsIgnoreRideCost 1 > Guests ignore ride costs.
GuestsRideUnratedRides 1 > You don’t have to test the ride anymore before people ride them.
AttractionSceneryAllowTerrainIntersect 1 > Build through terrain.
These are the only usefull things that can be placed in the Options.txt. In the original Options.txt there where much more options, but you can change them in the game itself.
6 One of the biggest problems in RCT 3 is that you can’t build tunnels in the game. Mavis XP has now made a tutorail to make tunnels. Here are the steps:
- Start with flat ground (no hills or mountains or anything).
- Build your ride.
- Next use scenery objects to enclose the part of the coaster you want to be underground.
- Use the "Save Custom Buildings" feature to save the enclosure. Once it's saved, delete it from the map, so just the coaster remains.
- Now build your mountain.
- The mountain will form around the coaster (little trenches where the track is) so now you need to delete the coaster. Use the terrain smoothing tools to fill in the trenches.
- Place your enclosure (using the Shift-key to move it into the mountain) ...
- Finally place your coaster again, once more using the Shift-key to move it down into the mountain.
You can download an example of Mavis XP >>here<<.
7 Here is a very simple tutorail to create a railroad crossing. Just follow those steps. First lower the piece in which you want to create the railroad crossing. Then build the railroad but don’t place it against the land on the place which you have lowered. Now create a path on the lowered land and put it back upward against the railroad. There you have the railroad crossing.

8 This tutorail is written by Seonline to create paths in the same squares as you have placed the walls: Lets say you were trying to make a 2x2 hut with pathes filling the inside as a floor. The first thing you would need to do, is build the hut leaving the roof off. Once you have the walls of the hut built, sink it into the ground so that the top of the highest wall is at the ground lvl of the land surrounding it. (Or the level of the base of the building if you want it on a hill or hovering. If this last sentence confused you, just ignore it and continue reading.) Then, build build footpathes on top of the building completely hiding it. Next, raise the land back to the lvl of the path that is going to be your main floor, or in this tutorial, the path you just placed. Now the walls should be surrounding the building on the same square. It is a little complicated and requires a pretty good idea of where you want the paths in relation to walls before you start.
9 Last but not least the links for the pre-sell coasters came free. They weren’t hidden that well so now everybody can download them. You have to download all three files to get all pre-sell coasters. These are the links:
