Version 2.0 of the Ridemaker is now available at http://www.interactivitiesink.com/rct2

Look at these features:
  • Loads any 8 bit or 24 bit bitmaps. Never worry about the palette again!
  • Allows you to tweak the following ride settings:
  • Ride is Covered/Uncovered
  • Peeps Get Wet
  • Allow Color 1,2,3 Remap
  • # Riders/Car
  • # Special Car Per Train
  • Riders Ride in Pairs
  • Excitement, Intensity, & Nausea(*)!
(*) This does not let you set the values. Instead, it allow a percentage multiplier. For example, if a ride is HARDCODED WHICH I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT to have an Excitement of 3.4, you can enter an excitement multiplier of up to 50%, that will all the ride to be 1.5 times as exciting as the base. You cannot lower the three values.

Enjoy!

Wow Thanks buggy, this is great!
You never seem to stop amazing us and I never forget that if it wasn't for you the rides wouldn't be being made today, I will never forget to give you special thanks at the end of I ride I may 'attempt' to make as you are the master and what has made RCT work.
Great Job! The new features look amazing. When you say peeps getting wet do you mean RCT actually had something where it would prevent them from riding if they got wet?
If so I never knew about it.. you learn something new everyday.
The new excitement option sounds great, #riders per car <--- hex editing basically? Maybe I can actually figure out my spaceshot problems and fit it!!!
(I was having problem due to where I had to place them on the ride, if I can choose the number of riders per spaceshot car than I can actually get this to equal out by putting 4per row, I just have to choose and discover how it chooses the number of rides rather using the same pic/frame).
Dont get the riders ride in pairs or Ride is covered of uncovered either but sure enough ill possibly find out! Great work buggy, you are amazing! :)

You know when guets have to wait in the enterance building until a second peep comes along, and then they get on the ride together, I think that is what the Riders Ride in Pairs governs.

The ride indoor/outdoor controls what peeps do when it starts to rain. You know how the 3D Cinema/Haunted House (and other rides like them) always get large queus when it begins to rain, that's because they are classed as indoor rides. (The Diving Bell ride is also classed as an indoor ride)

I have no idea how the # of riders in car will effect flat rides. I do know that it doesn't effect the number shown on the ride information window.

Squiggles is correct.

I don't know what "riders get wet" covers. It might be that riders would be more willing to ride this on hot days.

Also, could this be pinned and the current ridemaker topic be unpinned?

If you used the same kind of code and stuff as Dr J for this then yea it does. I tried placing 32 (think its 32) the max copacity and it allowed 32 peeps on, it also said 32.

Looks good Buggy!, as long as this one doesnt show up as a virus!, my AV software reported Ridmaker 1.1 (i think) as having a virus last night! I ignored it of course!

WoW from the description it sounds awsome. Perhaps this may solve my gravitron problems. Downloading now. Thx 1 question where it says transparent color do i put black or the six diget number for the color black? Also since this can extract ww and tt i think im gunna make a list of the file names for ww and tt rides.

You should put the color index for the RCT palette. If it's black, you can just leave it blank or put 0.
