Thank you for the great feedback everyone. This the first project I will release and it is my first completed work i'm somewhat happy with (although i've only completed like 2 other things). I'm just going to do some final touch ups, (fix some things in the station, trees, etc.) and it should be finished. Does anyone think this is design worthy over at NE. I think the coaster is, but I'll have to work on the architecture a bit. Thanks!

Ok, I've finished this design, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get it to be downloadable for everyone (haha) . Once I figure it out, I'll have it in the Loading Zone. So if anyone could help me out that would be great!!!

Well, I like the design. Too bad that RCT2 doesn't let you to customize the bank degree for coasters.

Overall, I think it looks great....

A nice, simple-but-effective layout.....not too crowded (trust me, I unfortunately know 'crowded' well)....and a nice little atmosphere.

The one thing that stands out to me......and, I know it's a bit late to point this out....are the first two rises after the initial drop. I think that the 22 degree angle would have worked better on at least one of those areas....the initial steep drop followed by two 45 degree rises back-to-back is a bit intense (and probably what is bringing the intensity level up). But, it has a good excitement rating so.......also, after the last helix...if you could maybe stretch the circuit out a bit and have a brake run to slow the trains instead of the first block-brake.....it might be more effective and a bit more realistic.

As far as submitting for 'design' at NE....IMO, you probably need to do quite a bit more landscaping/theming for that. You might even have to improve the layout of the coaster itself. Not that there's anything wrong with what you have....I've just seen quite a number of submissions there with some really fantastic layouts and impressive theming get rejected without a second thought. Sometimes I wonder what the criteria actually is there for a design to be given.....(probably one of the reasons I've never submitted anything myself).

Anyway, I personally think this is quite well done.....just maybe not quite up to getting 'design'....but, what do I know?

BTW....as for the plants/shrubs on snow.....since the snow areas are patchy...it insinuates that the snow is indeed melting.....and the first place snow melts off of is vegetation.....so, IMO, plants on patchy snow is not a problem at all.

just my two cents.....

Very nice, Its hard to design a wooden roller coaster that looks good
and would be fun to ride. You have done it.
