we had crowds of people in the front lawn. (Not gonna go into details here,) but it was the most popular spot in Tarpon Springs, on Halloween.

Hey cool you live in Tarpon Springs. I live in Winter Haven. Not too far form you I don't think. But yeah, from what I hear, I think this is the biggest expansion that Universal has done, so I'm thinkin it's gonna be big.

Oh, Winter Haven. Isn't the Full Sail Institute out there? I toured that facility. It's a great school if you're looking into starting a career in the entertainment field. Still, it's a few hours drive from Tarpon.

Yeah it's close to it. Actually one of my friends is going there, He used to be on this site, Mr. Volcano, don't know if you guys remember him, but he's gonna go there because he wants to be a director one day. But yeah it's a good school.

I saw it twice. (different visits) and they changed the "pre-show" before you get past the water vortex. Great moving room effect. Still haven't figured out how they did it. I'm stumped.

After the battle between Zus & Poseidon, you are transported back, before you enter the Water Vortex. In complete darkness. THAT is a moving room.

Are you talking about that moving waterfall thing that you walk through? Or wait...I think that's before the battle of Zeus and Poseidon.

>)SPOILER ALERT(<

If you have never been to the attraction,
I'd rather NOT spoil it for you. So if you would
rather not be told about the experience, I strongly
suggest that you NOT read the remainder of this post.

Those of you who want to read the post...
Position your mouse cursor below the arrow on the left.
left-click and hold. Then sweep the mouse cursor over
the seemingly "empty" text area below the arrow, on the left.

Yes.
When you're in the queue, an archeologist <sp> eplains the concept. He then explains a secret password/phrase, and shines a UV light on the walls, and the password phrase is revealed. A large circular portal opens up, and the audience walks through the water vortex, into another large theater.

Then sheets of water create screens where images and video are projected. A battle over the audience, between Zeus and Posiedon, and when it's over Zeus "transports" the audience in darkness BACK to the portal. In the darkness. (which is black as ink,) the room you came from, has moved to surround the audience again.

Wolfman, I think they just lower duplicate walls around the audience when the lights go out. That makes it look like the room you came from. That's my guess.
