Well after many months of working on other aspects of Project triple X, work has continued on MMW.

Below is a SS of Rip Tide among other things.

Good news is it looks like this will be ready for release perhaps by Holloween!

Thanks

Happy to see you are working again RCTNW. I love your style of building it is so realistic. I couldn't help but use a lot of your techniques on my park I'm making...

The park looks fantastic as usual. Nice to hear it could be done by halloween...

Now, that is looking a great screen, like always, James!! :D

Being a bit in a hurry, for now I have only a few first remarks (maybe more later):

- I do like the waterfall there a lot, looking very nice, but I always wonder why most people - like you also here- make the edges with the whitewaters so "straight". In all waterfalls I know, RL as well as from pictures, that up-splitting water never follows a straight line, so I think it is more natural as well as beautiful to vary that line a bit.....especially as that can easily be done with the RCT water -scenery...

- the topspin on the water: like you said to someone else and somewhere else, it would be lovely if some water would flow in any way over the lower parts of of that topspin....I see that this one is placed a tile above the water-level, but still, in the parks I have visited the most exciting thing of that ride is that there is water involved when you are on that ride, and it could be done here easily too.

- I (nearly) always miss some benches, lamps and litterbins in your parks.
Even if the park is not peep-friendly RCT-wise, I guess you are nevertheless aiming for the "feel" that people would like to visit it.
And , agreeed, even when I like to build my my parks RCT-peeps-accessible whenever I can, I also have problems placings these things, as often they disturb the balance that I would like to have. So I work away many of the needed litterbins and benches needed for RCT-peeps somewhere inside, but apart from that some well-placed visible ones of these objects imo only add to the atmosphere and liveliness of a park and make it more "believable" as a park.....just my opinion of course....

Anyway, great work again, cannot wait for the release!

You haven't been around in a while...

It's great to see you're working on this. Screen looks good, as usual. :)

You know, I had tried to do that and the base was getting in the way. I know JJ's new function took care of that however I'm not building this park to support it. That said, I went back and tried one more time and I think it worked this time

Rct2123 - Glad it's helped you.

Domino - Thanks. I've been around, just not very active on the boards. Been busy building though. I hope to have another release this weekend ;)

Thanks again

Yeeaaaahhhhh! that makes a wonderful difference...it absolutely works!! beautiful ride now!

No idea how exactly you did it, as I cannot detect any glitches yet from just the screen... (hope I may come for advise if I need it, lol!),
love it!

go into 8cars, zero clearance for the station, build the fountains, restore clearances. That's how it was done, right?

^ As far as I've experienced, (and by now, I do have some experience, lol!) it's not as easy as that.

"zero clearance" for the station(????...it just works on everything in your park) does not mean you can place anything on it (if it's a ride-base) without severe glitches......and that was what I want to know....

Structures lack of details, but generally the park seems to be quite stimulating thanks to some inspirations. It's a good park so.
