I already know how to do this scenario, but how do you replace the rides that go underground?
Also, whenever I save rollercoaster 1 and try to build it again in the exact same spaces it took up before, it won't be able to be built. It just says 'can't build this here'. I always have to raise a block of land....Any help on this?

I think your problem is that after you delete a ride that has any part of it going underground, you cannot put it back without lowering the ground that it was going through.
So what you do is, lower the ground, place the ride, delete the sections of track that were underground, raise the ground back to were it was, and then replace the track sections you deleted.
I hope this is what you were talking about.

Guess I won't be replacing Cluastrophobia lol...
but I'll look to see if rollercoaster 1 goes underground...that could be my problem.
thanks for the help!

well...I've checked and there's no place where rollercoaster 1 goes underground...
I've removed trees, lowered/raised land and even removed claustrophobia, but I still can't build it!!!!
Does anyone know how to replace rollercoaster 1 in diamond heights?

I just went and looked at it. I wonder if it is because they interlock?

nope. its one giant rollercoaster.
if you look at the end the tracks cross each other and return to the opposite station they started from.
I just wanted to know if there was any way to replace it. But I'll just have to raise a block of land to do it I guess....

Sorry for this huge revive, but I have a suggestion: RCT doesn't rebuild rides that level off on sloped ground. You need to custom-build it to do so. Try looking at the track and see if the track levels off on a piece of land with a slope, or even if it is going up or down on a piece of sloped land. It might work. Again, sorry.

Before demolishing Roller Coaster 1, mark a space of the land and memorize where the track above that marked land was, then rebuild the ride. Trust me, it's helped me lots when saving peeps from the dreaded Station Brakes Failure. =)

^One of the first things I did was make sure I was building on the right land spaces.
OMG I totally forgot about this. Lol there's no prob in reviving it. Beginner, what do you mean by "leveling off on sloped ground?" That might be my problem if you're saying what I think you're saying...

Have you tried "any height construction" in 8 cars, or is this a competition that doesn't allow hacks?
