Damn I'm at about 80-85% but I think I can't finish it till saturday... Blame christmas!
And I don't want to send it in unfinished. But another extension would be too much I assume?

Lets do this I am gonna step in lets add one more extension since so many people are not ready. SO lets go till Dec 31st 2009 And make them due by midnight on Dec 31st.

I'm with Dave here....I'm not gonna have my entry finished by tonight even if I did have all day to work on it. Not all of us can just throw down a bunch of path with jumping fountains and call it.....well, whatever Wolfman calls his stuff.

If it were MY call......I'd say...seeing what's been said....give everyone til the 31st and get a few entries that are worth the wait instead of what might be sent in tonight (if any).

I came across a good sized "black hole" in my entry that I wasn't able to fix. That was the main reason that I needed more time after Christmas. And, going back to the last previous save that I could find that didn't end up with the same thing put me too far into a hole that even two more weeks of extensions wouldn't remedy so....suffice it to say that I wasn't able to send my entry in. IF I can get someone to fix the glitch in the park, I plan on submitting it for VP or WG later on though so all the work I put into it doesn't go to waste. And, I want to submit it here since it was intended for a contest here....instead of using it to garner some sort of accolade elsewhere.

Anyway, good luck to everyone that got an entry in.....and, rest assured that I'll be back in 2010 to wrestle the finals crown away from whoever wins this year.

Just thought I'd post a screen of just how intrusive this black hole is. If it had been a single tile, I probably would have tried to just work around it and hope for the best.



As you can see, it's rather large and has the same effect from all four views of the park so there's just NO way I was going to be able to submit this as it is.

BTW....I removed a decent amount of scenery in this area while attempting to fix the issue, it wasn't as bare as it looks ATM.
