The queue files are contained in path files. Look for files that begin with path.

To create a new path, click the "New" button in VP.

Buggy, I had a problem when trying to make some paths. I was working on 3 paths 1 a black tarmac, 1 a black crazy path, and the last an ivy green crazy path. I had a problem with these in the game but not in the path editor. When in the editor they all appearred perfectly fine. Then in game it wouldn't let me select either of the crazy path ones. But it did let me select the black tarmac. But when I tried building with the black tarmac it had a white outline and the stairs went screwy. Is there anyway to fix this.

ALSO NO ONE USE MY PATH IDEAS PLEASE!

Indy :wait:

Try opening the paths up in Dr. J's editor and seeing what they look like there.

This is a superb tool! thanks buggy! What I think would be neat though would be to have the bmps you import to be stretched and warped or cut at a 45 degree angle to make better corners and skewed and shaded to make stairs or slopes....... Although that might make some paths look wierd, anyway..... Thanks again for a wonderful tool, (which really doesn't need any improvent)!

First of all, thanx Buggy, you've got yourself some future in design.

Which brings up something else. I mean, Sawyer is like, you know, getting big bucks for some tiny program, that all the rest of you genius-types are making humongously wonderful each and every single day...

and not getting a red cent for...!

What's WRONG with this picuture...

The path editor is good, but has a problem. I changed the support type on my yellow brick road, and everything went fine. Then I clicked save. I selected the yellow brick road file, and it overwrote it. Then it told me the program had performed and illegal operation and must be shut down. When I tried to open the yellowbrick road file to see if it was ok, and it told me it wasnt a path file! And now RCT2 wont recognize it either!

Hmm...I opened them in the DR.J's Object Editor and the 2 black paths had places where it looked like it was erased. The stairs on these were the worst. But the Ivy Green one was just fine so I don't know why that one isn't working.

If parts are erased, then you made them too black.
