Exactly what # is white becuase the numbers i have tried dont seem to work.So what you have to do is find out what number [0-255] the ridemaker is converting your background color to and then use that number.

If it's for the spider, 21 worked for me.

1. If after a while it just says program not responding, Your images are probably to big. The biggest is around 200X100 pixels or something but im not positive. Resize them.
2. If it says sorry ridemaker has encountered a problem and must close. Any unsaved data may be lost. If that happens there is too much room between your ride and the edges of the images. Trim the pic to get rid of excess nothing.
If neither of these problems are the one you are talking about then i cant help you. These are the only things i have encountered.
