They are not jelly beans they are humbugs!
Bah = sheep noise
Humbug = 'poo' in the picture but actually a type of mint.
'Bah Humbug' = utterance often used by Scrooge in 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens.
Hence
'Bah' = sheep
sheep with santa hat = christmas
'Humbug' = poo = type of mint
...
