so in simple terms, does rct2 work with vista?

the only rigth answer I can give is "try it" , cause it seems it works diffrent on every comp .
if you are lucky you have the same settings as I have and you can play rct2 and use all utilities. if you are unlucky you can't play rct2 and nothing works. or anything in between.

my daughter has vista on her laptop and RCT2 works just fine her only problem is she cant get any trainers to work we changed the compatability mode to xp and it works just fine any one got a trainer that works in vista or know how to modify the trg 9.0 trainer

it has something to do with the aero skin in vista.
if you use a non aero style in vista trainers should work.
besides that the trg trainer is made only for one rct2 version (US version I believe) and often doesn't work on the other version cause it cant find the right pointers.
