NOTE: THIS IS A POST AFTER THE RELEASE OF THRILLVILLE:
The game itself does look like RCT3 (mainly because Frontier helped to make this), but the gameplay is WAY different. Not as free-spirited as the RCT series, as you have a limited source of "power" in each part of the park, which means you can probably make only 2 coasters, a couple of food stalls and midway games, and a carnival ride or two. To me this game is "Like RCT3, Fusion Frenzy, and a bit of the Sims all in one". Why FF? Because of all the mini games you can play with your friends and "kick their butts". The Sims because of the interactive conversations with people in the park (except they don't talk gibberish). And you ALL should know why RCT3....
Overall, If you were a big fan of RCT3 or any other game in the series, you'd think this game was a big disappointment. Or if you've haven't got RCT3 to work on your computer (like myself) and are eager to play games like this, Thrillville is the one. Not that this game is bad (in fact, it's awesome), but if one of your relatives hogs the computer all the time, you could be playing this game. This game to me, was a success in the matter of you could play this game on the go (PSP) or you could play it in the comfort of your own home (PS2, X-Box). Anywhere you play it, it's the game to get!
My Rating: 8.5/10
If you haven't checked, I have posted this on the X-box post too.
