Yeah, those contests clearly favor those who can set aside everything in their life for a couple days and those who can build fast.  Being a father of 3 with a full time job, I'm not either of those.

Which is why I was voted out in the 5th round in Survivor and why I'm not in the Road Rally finals.

You certainly are right on the time-thing, but lucky enough there are also prizes to win for parks with no time deadline, and contests to do that give more time. (

With 3 kids and a full time job I find it remarkable that you can find the time to build anyway!! In that case 5th round for survivor seems quite an achievement I think!

:D

Not to rub this in, but I did mine in two days. And I'm still in :P.

That shows haw people are on different levels and can build quicker than other people.  :phew:

Good job, trav!.

So sorry that you are out by now however
May be building in 2 days was too quick, even for your "level" ? :wait:

Anyway, I could not build something decent in 2 days.

I managed to find about 5-6 hours in 2 days to work on it. Normally I get about 30 minutes a day to sit down and work on something.

Sorry to see you get voted out in Survivor, trav. I'm looking forward to seeing your entry when it's over.

Which isn't much at the moment actually. I have got a girlfriend and am with her for most of the day, so I get an hour or so a day on Rct.

An hour or two a day? I'm lucky to get that in a week at the moment. This is one of the reasons I seem to be less productive at the moment.

I send my park The New Empire for the december VP!
But just a question: what if there aren't enough parks? Will my park joined for the VP of January?
