WOW!!
thats one hell of a park. its deffinatly one of my favorites. i absolutely LOVED the joust. if you've never seen the movie, "a knights tale", you should see it and then see how well he made the joust stadium and coaster look. i also loved your big castles. the one with the wild mouse in it, the one with the splash boats in it, the one with the steel looper in it and all the other ones were great. its hard to build big buildings like those but you really made them very well and detailed. and of course the dragon was awesome. i give it a 9.6/10. the only thing that brought it down from a 10 was the hyper coaster. i wasnt too fond of it, i thought it was a little too big for the park and those types of suports dont look good on B&M coasters.

I'm actually not sure about it, I liked Big Top Circus more... I hope and think it'll grow on me.

Hey everybody! Thanks for the comments.
I just got back from Barcelona and Paris (Barcelona was great...Paris was blah) and am very pleased to see that others have been enjoying Scarborough Faire (for the most part).
About the crowdedness of some areas: That was intentional. Most medieval cities, such as Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, were very crowded because they were built within a city wall with limited space. I felt narrower paths would give a more "old world" feel.
And about the block brakes on the B&M...I know....they suck. I tried many different blocking scenarios in order to get another train on the tracks, so the peeps would stop complaining about line length. If the park is allowed to run for a while, the blocking problems actually work themselves out...but I understand the criticism.
Anyway, thanks again.

Oh yeah....and thank you Mantis, for the very nice walk through. I was honored to have you as my guest.

Kumba and I waited about 3 months or so befor Iron Wood Valley was released at New Element.lol, I finished the park over a month ago and I STILL don't have it out!
This is starting to sound like the John Williams park by Metro and Marshy.
It was worth it, I guess.

Congrats of the VP supertrooper! The park was a pleasure to walk around.
The goods: The architcture was pulled off well and the dragon was a big plus for me. The theming you did for each ride as consistant and easy on the eyes.
The not so goods:
Block Brakes - If you are going to use block brakes, make sure the the train does not get stopped by them mid course under normal operations. The Gauntlet had 2 real bad areas where the block brackes stopped the train. One was mid course when the train was moving fast and the other one was at the top of the lift. This was the problem on some of the others also. Add or remove track so that the train only gets stopped if it breaks down. This is a most if you are going to use these.
Small Details - Very few path element. Be sure to add benches and lamps to the paths. You had a few but IMO it needed a few more. Onther big items is to name your staff. It's these small details that show your attention to detail and taking the extra step to really finish off the park.
Overall, I like the park and I can see the amount of effort that was put into it. I'm always happy to see someone finish a solo park as it's very difficult to do. It's so easy to start one and then lose interest in it. Thats why I dodn't do solos anymore. Again great job.
