Actually...it always exports like it's supposed to once you have it in your objdat folder. It's the same as many other custom rides...it'll export just fine once it's already been added to your files.

I extracted it but it's not in the objects folder,and when i open the park the same error comes up.What did I do wrong?

Take it from where it extracted to.
Put it in your Object Data folder.
Boot the game and open the park.

I found a park that had the object by itself.
