There is nothing to check or nothing to recount. The polling is built into the forum software. It displays what gets selected - nothing more, nothing less. There is no location where we can do anything except set up the poll questions. There isn't even a Moderator option to close the poll and keep the forum open. Which is why a screencapture with date was posted May 31 2008, 12:03 AM. The topic was closed for a few minutes after midnight so a screen capture could be grabbed, cropped, and uploaded. The topic was opened back up to allow comments.

I routinely checked in to see how the voting was going and it never got that high. I really don't know which poll you were looking at - but it wasn't this one.

The park B creator was announced along with the screenshot of the voting results. I have yet to hear from the winner.

Maybe too late here, but I was watching this contest and saw the POSSIBILITY of maybe seeing both entries in a daylight view. Instead of what we all saw.

OR, both in a nighttime view, instead of what we all saw.

Personally, I think that the voting for this contest needs to be re-done, with maybe a day/night view of both OR at least one or the other. Seeing one in daytime vs. one that's in the dark hardly seems right. Especially since the voting was SO close.

One entry, daylight and you see everything.
One entry, darkness and you see, well, a lot of darkness.

It's not up to me but, I think you should either do BOTH in daylight or, BOTH at nighttime.

Or, both at both.....something that's fair to both entrants.

I've never said 'both' this much in my life and it's turning into one of those words that you look at over and over and it just looks odd.

I'll just personcott this contest until you get it right.

Re-read the explanation as to why one park is daytime and one is night time. That's the way they were submitted, and reflect what the designer sent in. That was their choice...so how is that unfair?

No doubt if they had been changed to both being daylight or both being nighttime everyone would be complaining about that too. Sometimes it seems more effort is put into nit-picking then is put into building based on the actual number of entries we always get.

Well it's unfair because I never sent in any pics who ever opened my park took the pics NOT ME. I never knew you had to send in pics. And with this site going on line then offline who could vote?

You know last time an old friend (K0NG) stood up and called out a problem he got banned.

SO I think since there is a problem we need to have a REVOTE I mean to many people are upset and I don't wanna go on but there are 2 many problems I think we should have 1 last go at it. I mean it's want the people want so I am fine with it. And if you decide to say no then I understand.

Now Wagi I have no beef with you but you know to say this is crap is wrong. What I see (and correct me if I am wrong) is you are saying contests are crap. I mean read your reply.

Sambo Thank you for your time but I think I am just going to go back in to the shadows and keep quiet. I might also be banned for this. But life goes on.

So lets see if I get the same fate as a good friend named (K0NG) and thank you everyone for standing up for me.

Look lets just end this I don't want to keep going on so if I get banned just give me the respect of knowing what will come of this topic is all I ask. And this will be my last contest.
