How are you installing it?

Are you running the 8-6_xp32_dd_64783.exe file? If so, what EXACTLY does the error message say? If not - what method are you attempting?

It says the following: Setup did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system, setup will now exit.

8-6_xp32_dd_64783.exe is the file i use

Did you select the exactly right stats on the download page?

Ok well that message means that:
  • EITHER you don't have XP
  • OR you don't have a ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP like you thought you had
  • OR your ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP is broken and not responding correctly when the 8-6_xp32_dd_64783.exe programe asks the graphics card what it is.
  • OR that new driver is very new [June 18] and it has a bug in it which means that it isn't recognising your ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP properly. It may be worth trying an earlier version at http://ati.amd.com/s...evious-mce.html . They seem to issue a new version every month, it looks like a buggy bit of software generally.

I'm not sure, I think the new versions are, because you need to get a special 64 bit edition.
But maybe he is using that special version...
