As long as the free speak is instructive, explains the writers point of view or preference, or is a critque with some indication for how you think it could be improved - AND there are no personal attacks - Then I am fine. Sometimes when people criticize our work, feelings get hurt. Been there on both sides of that myself.
I certainly hope everyone understands that by stating why something doesn't work for you personally, this is an opportunity for the creators to improve - or not. It is the creator's call - not ours.
