Are you really asking how to download it - or are you asking where you can find it to download?
It is in our downloads section. The link is up in the upper right of center - between "Links" and "Help". Look in "utilities". This was discussed a mere eight posts above this one...
Once you open the version you want - there is a "Download" button you click. - it then can be placed whereever you want it on your computer.
