This is the other trick to the contest and it is tricky. Starting in your second area (cell), you must have the exit from a gentle, thrill, or water ride that can lead peeps back to the previous area (cell) or keep them in the area (cell). Therefore, if the peep does go back to the previous cell, there must be a NO ENTRY sign at the end of that exit so that peeps from the first area cannot get into the next area (cell) without riding the coaster in that area (cell).
Do not yet get entirely why there has to be a no-entry sign at the end of the exit-path of the "non-coaster"-ride. (apart from the fact that a no-entry sign on a ride's exit is always practical not to confuse your peeps)
Say I built a 3d-cinema in the second cell, and have the exit-path leading back to the first cell. Even if there is not a no-entry sign at the end of this path so peeps can enter this path, it would only lead them to the exit of the 3-D, where they have to turn around, so via this path, even if they enter it, they never can reach the second cell ??? So why is that sign obliged?![]()
And Becky You also mention: "THis contest is basically Roller Coaster Tycoon 101"
Is that a version, or expression I don't know ?
I bolded why that sign would be necessary...and actually 2 signs are necessary... Because your exit path can do both, lead to the previous cell AND stay within that cell. It's actually giving those peeps a choice. The no entry sign(s) then would be so that peeps could not walk back into the previous cell unless they rode that 'other' ride and also that peeps from previous cell could not just walk out without riding the coaster. This is ONLY for the 'other' ride because the coaster exit MUST directly lead to the next cell.

That's a pretty ugly picture for you :"> but I hope it shows what I mean.
RollerCoasterTycoon 101 is just an expression. 101 refers to a 'basic' course in college.
