Doing a park of this size and complexity is not simple. Doing it well is difficult. Although there are a few soft spots, you have done quite well keeping the theme consistent and the overall park coherent.
Congratulations.

Good to see that the extended construction time paid off. This is the 2nd best Disney park I've seen (TA is almost unbeatable in its 'Disney-ness').
Anyway, great work. Some spots are better than others, but I could probably just accredit that to my personal taste. Realism gets mixed review because it shows 'everything' -- even things most guests don't see (and probably don't want to see) like plain backsides, disillusionment of facades, etc, etc. But I prefer this approach because I like to think a park is one that could and would actually be built in real life. So as 'unsightly' as the plain sides are, they kind of make it look authentic from birds-eye view.
This isn't to say that I don't like the birds-eye approach to detailing (I'm all for it), but ground-level detailing is what most real parks do.

To be honest, I think this park is more quantity than quality. Lets say I just don't feel 'disney' about it. It was a bit boring...
There is a comment about the facades and the behind of it. Even then you could dress it up a bit better. I think you deserved the VP in the way of time spend on it, but I rather see a park half that size that is more detailed and worked out.
