If i can see a use for the changes i tried, i note them on a piece of paper, and reload the park CLOSED and WIHTOUT PEEPS and resave it. Then i start all over again with the testing.
I will let it run for a couple of hours, or overnight sometimes, to see how things are going. So tonight, is my last night of testing!

^ IF, if someone would know a way to do that, I would be veeeery interested to hear it too......but I fear there just is no way to get the rides being set back to 0 guests (apart from going back into SE, but alas, then the rides themselves are also gone! )...but who knows if someone has a golden tip......???

maybe convert the savegame to a scenario and open it again and save it ?
or reset the date also ?

Going back to SE would work - see post above #113 - but is a bit unpractical with a nearly finished park, especially as you have to rebuild all rides, while the exact coaster-stats are very important in a cell park......
Reset date does not reset the amount of guests that have ridden the coaster before.
Today (but I was outside and out of reach of a pc until now) something still crossed my mind however......
If I am right, (have not tried it yet) the game considers a coaster to be "new" if you close it and rebuild one, just one piece of track....even if you exactly rebuild the same piece of track.....if you then open it again I think it has erased all the former guests, as it is considered to be a "new" one........
If, for the Cell Park, the I-E stats from all coasters are rather close together in some points, this is a bit tricky, as RCT can give slightly different stats when testing again for exactly the same coaster, after rebuilding even that just (the same ) piece again.... but for testing purposes it could work fine (after you know the problems, you can repair them in the original version.....)
Pity this did not cross my mind earlier.....
