mushroomer: I've emailed you the bad file. Hopefully it'll open this time...

I opened the park and installed 2 Virginia Reels in the park. The buildings look very realistic! I don't like that curved wall after the station on the chutes, though.

That's because most of the buildings were done by Steve. Only the Toonerville fun house and Auditorium (not on the bench but photos earlier in the thread) were done by me. As for the curved wall on chutes: it was on the actual ride, so leaving it off the recreation would be unacceptable. Here's a photo of the real ride for reference:

You can clearly see the curved wall in the middle of the plunge pool. It was used to guide the boats to the lift hill. I think the problem with the RCT version is that it bends both ways, but that can't be helped.

The RCT2 version walls are too short, they need a larger radius.

Thanks rct_noob, I'll have a look at that but it may be something for Steve to fix. Regarding Ocean Park: what's the popularity like for Giant Dipper and High Boy? Are the extra trains justified?

mushroomer: any luck with opening the bench?

Currently I only have 550-ish peeps in the park, but the popularity isn't that great. There's 10 or 12 peeps MAX in the lines on both coasters. I accidentally kept High Boy on test mode after installing a block brake at the end of the final brake run and a chain lift at the crest of the last hill before the final brake run.

That's strange. When I ran it I ended up with the queues so full I HAD to put extra trains on just to keep them moving! I did run ad campaigns for both rides though, and GD was slightly less scary to start with. Maybe that is the difference?

Lol, Mushroomer... I had the same problem as you trying to open the park.

Might want to just replace all of objdata used in the park, that solved it for me.

I don't get this at all. When I downloaded it from Steve's email it worked fine for me. I then did another download, and uploaded it to adrive. Now people are having problems. It doesn't make sense!

mushroomer: I'm going to email you the folder directly, since yours is a hotmail account (Luketh and rct_noob: yahoo thinks the file is to big for a yahoo account to receive, so I couldn't do this for you). If that doesn't work, I really don't know what to do other than send you each file individually!

Split the object file into two files. And send them as "Part 1 of 2" & "Part 2 of 2". The others can then put two & two together and get a park out of it.
