I got it ekimmel!

I've decided that this contest should be anonymous since members are voting and its just a good idea anyway. Even staff will not know who did what park...and since I entered...Neither myself, SixFrags, or AP will be judging or any other staff that enters when it gets down to final four. Don't worry, I've removed opening messages where I needed to for parks turned in already....

Wow....you all are going to have a tough time narrowing this down to 4 parks....now, you will find out how hard it is to judge contests

Becky, besides the opening message in my park there's also a sign in my park you may want to remove. You can just delete it and resave the park.

I didn't remove it...just took the appropriate lines off the end of it...

I guess I'm a little confused about the timeline. It says you want to release parks starting on December 1 but isn't that the same day that voting will start? Don't you need to wait until voting is done before releasing anything?

BTW, judging by the entrant list this is gonna be a heck of a contest.

I'll be releasing one park each day starting December 1st. That's why I wanted at least 24...leading up to Christmas

On Christmas Day, the voting will begin. I'll have a forum where everyone will post their top 4 in no particular order. Parkmakers of the parks will be unknown so the parks will be numbered. You will vote for example: Park #1, 13, 15, and 20. So, yes, you can vote for yourself and no one will know

The forum will be open for voting for one week. Then, staff members (not in contest) will pick the winner and 3 runnerups out of that group of 4 that get the most votes from everyone....and I will announce the first week of January the winner and runnerups along with identities of all parkmakers and their parks.

That's the plan

Remember that if you double click the saved game file to open it when RCT2 is not already loaded then the park won't open the first time you try to open it. If you try it a second time (after all the objects are in your object folder) usually it works.

That weird ID thingie is what I would need to know what it says...that is a dat (object) file that did not transfer in for some reason...

PM me with that, and I will send you the dat file...but you better hurry...there's only today and tomorrow left to get the park in for the contest!
