Does anyone know where to find this version (1.30) of the trainer? Because im using a different computer and have to download everything again and the only one I can find is 1.32. Then whenever I try to edit rides like raising or lowering track it says 8cars needs to close.

My first guess is that you didn't check our downloads section. Had you checked there you would have found the 1.30 version.

This trainer doesnt work at all for me.
I start up rct2, the open up the 8 cars trainer, then I load my park, go back to 8 cars and use the open park command and it doesnt work. All it says is "No Process" about 15 times and then crashes my game.
I can't figure out this problem..

Welcome to the Forums, cbonino7!!
Now, I don't know how you do it exactly, as I never just "open/startup" RCt2 via it's main screen, but always directly open a park into RCt2...
from there I go back to the desktop and open 8-cars.
So maybe you should try this:
- in RCT2 open a park, or scenario
- alt-tab back to your desktop
- open 8-cars trainer (via a link on desktop, or via another way to it's .exe program to open it)
- try what you want to do in 8-cars
- go back to your opened game/scenario
