BTW, it's not Vista, it's WindowBlinds. It allows you to change the theme of your computer.

Hit your print screen button

Open up Paint and go to edit, paste....
Then save the image.....

or you can press alt+f12 to just get a screen of the window you have open right now.


but yeah, f12/print screen. It's the same button.
