^Hey, there aren't so much accidents when you count all the people who rode the ride...

That must have been freak. Those guys who daily repair this ride must be trained.

I am a faint one here....

In the western world so many people die daily or get crippled/disabled for life by traffic accidents, that we even don't notice it anymore unless they are family/friends/neighbours. That's all within the normal game of daily life and risks as you just cannot stay inside a glass house every day.

But when this is happening to you in an amusement park, where after all accidents are rare......OMG....that makes it extra horrible!!!

Man. I don't know if Six Flags is cursed or not but they haven't been doing so well recently.

The five rides that will be shut down are at Kings Island near Cincinnati; Canada's Wonderland, in Toronto; Kings Dominion in Doswell, Va.; Carowinds, in Charlotte, N.C.; and Great America in Santa Clara, Calif.

Six flags is shutting down all of it's copies too.

I heard on the news that they don't think it was a design flaw.
flaw or not, they should reconsider the car design to add protection for if this happens again.

Or a safety feature for the whole ride, if the cord snaps or something, the whole ride should shut down. If they maybe added a safety device for the car, it would probably need a whole plastic device over-top.

Now, I'm not a expert but that's just my opinion.
