The chances are high...the outlook is good...it seems the forcast is calling for a...

98% chance of CEDAR POINT!!

And we (I) need your help, CP veterans!!

Now that Cedar Fair has bought out the Paramount parks, my season pass to Kings Dominion is now a season pass to Cedar Point! And chances are, I'm going this summer! (of course, I might not be, but...who cares anyway?) Anyhoo, with all the rides and attractions at CP, I'll need help from the vets who've been there time after time. A few questions that need answering are:

Which rides get packed the quickest? (I already have a feeling I know, but still...)

^In that case, which rides should be ridden first?

What is the best time to go? (beginning of season, middle, or end of season? what days are the best, too)

And that's basically it. If there's any other general tips for visiting there, feel free to list those too. I don't plan on going to the water park there, I'm going to be staying for 2-3 days, and yes, I have a season pass.
Another thing, does Cedar Fair have that deal where season pass holders get in 10-15 minutes early?

Thanks in advance! :D

Usually Iron Dragon is a great ride to go on. I recommend going on the weekend it opens and if not then, the middle of summer. But in terms of rides, Millenium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, and more than likely Maverick will probably be packed to such a degree the line's out in the street like MaxAir was. I recommend Cedar Creek Mine Ride, it's a fun steel coaster (You heard right, it's a steel coaster) and isn't too intense and great for anybody. Wildcat never has a line and is exceptionally fun, so go on that. Demon Drop is at the front of the park, so go on that first. I'll wrap up this post soon. Blue Streak and Corkscrew are good also. Hope this helps.

If you've got a season pass, why don't you go and find out for yourself? It's not like you'll be wasting money, you'll get to go again (Hopefully)... ;)

Ehhh...This'll be the only time I'll get to go this summer, and it'll only be for about 3 days, so I wanna be able to get on all the rides I've been wanting to get on for the past 2 years!! :)

So far I'll....

Head to Top Thrill first...
Then rush over to Millenium...

I'll look over the map a few more times, so I can orient myself better. Thanks for the help so far!

(Oh, did I mention? I live in Virginia sooo...CP isn't like next-door to me...lol :P )

I've been there many times :) but I don't really have much advice. If you are going to be there for 2-3 days...you will be able to ride everything as much as you want to, unless there are breakdowns.

Just as a rule of thumb, I either start at the back of the park and work my way back to the front or I just go left when I go in. I think Tuesdays or Wednesdays are the best day from my own experiences. People have gone home that were there for the weekend...

There are other things to do besides the park too...if you are staying there, go to the beach, and the waterpark is fun, so if you have time...

 OK...now I want to go again :D

Sorry for the big bump, but cjman....

Pass holders get in something like an hour early, depending if you have the Joe Cool pass.

Lines at all the big rides (Maverick, Millennium Force, MaXair, Raptor. Etc.) get long lines in a flash, but Raptor's line is pretty fast without doubts. I would suggest going to Maverick and SkyHawk first and then jump on the rest, that's what I'm doing when I go June 16th. 3 days outta school and I'm going!! W00T!!!

but all things aside, have fun. You'll enjoy it, of course, your a season pass holder! What the fudge am I thinkin'?!
