To celebrate our new board upgrade and its ability to have multiple polls, tell us about the versions of RCT that you own, and whther you have the expansions too.

Something must be not completely right thoug: I wanted to vote, but it says "you have already voted".
Cannot be true, as nobody yet has filled in "I have the game + 1 expansion , for RCT2", which goes for me!

I have RCT1 plus both the excellent expansions for that excellent game, and RCT2, also an excellent game. The expansions for RCT2 however are nowhere near as excellent as those for RCT1, so I don't use them. RCT3 is IMO sacrilege of the name RCT. It should never have been created.

I LOVE RCT. I haven't had any time to play it lately(7 months). In fact, I find it difficult to do anything anymore. Weekends just aren't long enough and I'm an extreme nerd, so naturally I spend most of my time out of school doing school activities. I have to read and memorize minutiae of 27 books, which, in fact, I should be doing now. I'm not a very fast reader, but at least I absorb the information. You couldn't say that I'm just watching tv; I only watch a single 1-hour show, LOST, which only comes on once a week. I only ever go to a friends house on Friday nights. I haven't really played a computer game(aside from tetris, in the remaining time after school assignments in computer class) in 7 months. In fact, I wasn't even aware of the existence of RCT3 until last night, when my interest in RCT spontaneously re-ignited. My goal has always been to finish all of the 'easy' level scenarios in RCT1. I've actually finished all of them, except for the last, which I found incredibly difficult(they won't let you remove trees!!). I consider myself an expert at the game(I haven't lost a game since.... well, I'm not so good with dates...) by now. In either 2000 or 2001, we moved from my third house to my fourth house. In that neighborhood, I was introduced to the first-ever RCT. The boy who showed it to me was rather cruel(he kept drowning guests and building shuttle loops with a high-speed in order to blast the guests off of the ride entirely, to their deaths). Soon later, I went to Media Play and bought it. At least, I thought it was. I had actually bought RCT: Corkscrew Follies(Hey, I was in 2nd grade!). So I ended having to borrow and install his first disk, then installing mine. I considered buying the third one for a while. About three years ago I found a disk which contained the original and both expansion packs, so I bought it(after all, I still only had the 2nd disk, so why not get the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd all in one?). I loved it, expectedly. If hours spent playing RCT were dollars, I could buy a lot of ice cream..... Anyway, I bought my own computer soon after that, while in my fifth house. So, free reign! This computer didn't suck like the last one I had to play on; though oddly enough, I got it for $60. I didn't get Internet(did you know that it's supposed to be capitalized?) access until this year. I bought RCT2 last year, and downloaded many items and rides for it. I love computers. And trees. I'm such a hippy....

I completely agree with mintliqueur. Everything up to the basic RCT2 was great, and the fan created stuff is beyond great in many cases (Fisherman, Earl, and too many others to list). But the RCT2 expansions were lame, and I can't even think about RCT3 without gnashing my teeth in fury.
"But the expansions have cool new features."
"Cool new features that also don't work, even on a super fast machine with custom graphics card and enhanced memory."
Thanks but no thanks!

Hi...My name is Wagi...and I'm a RCT-holic...
Yes, I admit it...I own every version of RCT1, 2 & 3.
Oh, the shame!!!!
Even worse...I also own all the RCT1 & 2 games in english...and the portuguese versions. I even bought RCT2 Triple Thrill Pack, and I still have the Wild! beta installed on my old machine...
I can understand if some of you don't want to be around me, but it's a sickness I tell you, a sickness!
I need intervention I think.
Oops! Time for another fix! Back to the game...
