I just wanted to know if there is any trainers that works for Windows 7, because i did download one from RCT3.org and that did not work and it kept crashing all the time on me.

I am curious as to what a trainer can offer in RCT3 as it suffers none of the same limits as previous versions.
However... Have you tried running in Windows 2000 or XP emulation mode?

I have tried to run it on Windows 2000 and XP emulation mode and it still did not work for me and i have asked a few more people about it and they have download it as well and they could not get it to work.
