Hey all. Been sitting on this one for some time now and figured it would be a good time to share. I guess you could say I stole the idea from the skull that was already included in the game, but wanted to make my own, more updated look, and be able to have control over how the glow worked. So here it is.
This is an actual, in-game scenario editor animation, so what you see here is how it looks in-game with same timings on the animation.
