Looks a lot like RCT3... but still, it's nice to see something "new" in the series. Let's just hope Chris Sawyer is involved, but, Atari is, so the chances are low I'm afraid. :(

I just posted about this in the RCT 3D forum. There is now a facebook group, youtube channel and twitter feed for this game 'coming in 2012'.

^Despite them having a YouTube page, their "teaser" doesn't really tease me at all! Still wondering if Mr. Sawyer is going to be on this project. Since it is Atari, I am doubtful, yet it does say Copyright 2012 Chris Sawyer on the bottom of the official site's page. That may just be for the name, though.

I believe that the only copyright owned by Mr Sawyer in this new development is to the name 'Rollercoaster Tycoon'. It's a strong brand, it makes sense to keep using it.

I did hear about this last year, but it looks like it's going to be an RCT3-lite game on the consoles. The 3D could be good, but I'd rather see the original RCT on it to be honest.
