You forgot to add paint.net to the poll. 
I use it all the time... So thats my favorite.... Its also free.

You should of included an "Other" catagory. That way, people can select that as a vote, and post a reply to the topic.
At any rate, I use Corel Draw, because it comes with a kick butt photo editing suite. It might be over $80.00 but it has some goot features and worth the time getting to know the program.
