He's lucky it was a short ride or he would have strangled himself to death!
I notice Mom had her Ipod or something plugged in...he could have slipped all the way down in the harness before she'd have noticed.

And the parent doesn't even care. Well there's 20 years of MOMMY I HATE YOU. Poor kind.
And this is why in CAL we test our rides....................................Somewhat..............................M

No, actually, I think he was just too big and fat for the ride. That mother is a horrible parent, she should've even cared a slight bit.

the mother was horrible in three ways.
first by letting the child become like this.
and seccond by ignoring the rules for such rides (I'm sure people who dont fit in the seets aren't allowed in it) and let him in it.
and thirth by laughing and not looking at him etc.
