RULES

1)Everyone will receive the same standard layout park and a set of base points (100)
2)Any rides in storage will be allowed into the park/Any rides in the park will be allowed into storage however layouts can only be edited when park is closed.
3)Every month each person/park must complete a task for free i.e build a B&M flyer at 70ft high with 3 inversions(additional length/height/inversions will cost points),redesign the entrance plaza/building etc
4)Points will be rewarded each month to each park (best getting most-worst getting least) (public vote?)
5)Construction onto any building already in place will be allowed but destruction will be charged for.
6)Rides can be sold off at 1/3 of the bought price or traded/sold between parks although layouts must remain complete

:OPEN PARKS
Charged full rent (20)
Receive bonus points
Charged for destruction of buildings,landscape,surroundings
Charged for purchase of additional rides

:CLOSED PARKS
Charged half rent (10)
Receive no bonus
Free destruction of buildings,landscape,surroundings
Ride layouts can be edited
Charged for purchase of additional rides at 1/3 of original price

The points system will be judged on multiple criteria however the same amount of points will be awarded no matter how many parks are submitted that month. i.e only one park open then they would receive 100 points.

Best Overall Park - 100 points max
Best Meeting of Monthly Criteria - 100 points max
Best Update park (for that month for things other than monthly criteria) - 100 points max
Monthly Record (most inversions/most rides etc but can only win it one month for eath criteria) - 50 points
