Just a note that the original RCT2DB scenery database is back up and usable. This is the original database created by Eskimo and K-Dogg back in 2003/2004. While the database is currently view-only and is not being updated, there's still a ton of useful information contained within it, and we are hoping to get it fully restored and revamped in the near future. RCTspace is happy to host this valuable community asset.

Is that link for the original rct2db or the one at Revaluations?? I could not get to it with the link. I have also tried to retrieve the original without any luck.

The owner of the domain allowed it to expire. We still have the data, but no domain name.
This will be fixed in the next 2-3 months.
In the mean time, the community has riven3d's alternative database at RCT Revaluations.

I might point out its not at RCT Revalutions, I made it while i owned the site, and since I have now relinquished full control of that site it is a stand alone site that I have made and still update.

Since the original rct2db hosted here at RCTspace is still down, and I don't want it to be confused with riven's newer database which seems to be working just fine, I'm just going to close this thread for the time being.
I'm sure that as riven has news about his database he'll be more than welcome to undate us about it in the Affiliate's area.

It's not down - it was moved to: http://www.rctobjects.com/
The database link in the pulldown menu (upper right corner) still takes you to the DB - just at it's new location.
