Only you can see your warn level, because it is yours.
Staff can see everyones warn level.
Im sick of these topics now and i bet the staff are sick of replying to them. Perhaps you need a forum announcement, or a pinned topic.

I think you're barkin' up the right tree Skippy...
You can only see yours - no other member can, except Staff - they can see everyone's.
If there is any change to your Warn Level, it is because you did something you shouldn't. You would get a PM from Staff explaining what it was.
The warning level is covered in the Terms of Service.
